We process requests within one business day. Once approved, the money typically lands back on your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. PayPal is usually faster.
Your licence ends when the refund is issued. Please delete the template files and stop using them for client-facing materials. We can't technically take a download back — this one runs on good faith, and almost everybody honours it.
The window closes at 30 days. If something has gone wrong — a corrupted file, a font that won't load, a page that won't open in Canva — write to us anyway. Technical problems get fixed regardless of how long ago you bought.
The Complete Bundle is refunded as a whole. We don't split it into a partial refund for one of the two products.
If the issue is "I can't figure out how to edit it", give us a chance first — a two-line reply solves it most of the time. A short customization guide is included in every download, and we answer setup questions for free, forever.
