Terms of Service

By buying or downloading an Agent Atelier product you agree to the terms below. They're short on purpose.

1. What you're buying

A digital product: editable template files delivered as an instant download. Nothing physical is shipped. Access is granted through Gumroad, our checkout and delivery provider.

2. Your licence

Every purchase includes a single-agent licence. You may:

• Use the templates for an unlimited number of your own listings, forever.
• Edit any element — text, photos, colours, page order — and add your own branding.
• Print the finished documents, email them, and hand them to your clients.
• Use them commercially in your own real estate business.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share or give away the source files.
• Sell the templates — edited or unedited — as templates of your own.
• Upload the files to a template marketplace, file-sharing site, course, or membership area.
• Share your download link or Canva/PowerPoint file with other agents. Each agent needs their own licence.

Teams and brokerages: one licence covers one agent. For multiple agents, email us — we'll sort out a team licence.

3. Ownership

Agent Atelier retains copyright in the template design, layout and pre-written copy. You own the content you add: your name, photos, data and branding. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

4. Third-party software

Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides and Adobe Acrobat are independent products. We provide files that work with them, but we don't control them, and we can't be responsible for changes those companies make to their software or pricing.

5. Payment and delivery

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Gumroad; we never see or store your card details. Your download link appears immediately after checkout and is also emailed to you. Links do not expire.

7. No performance guarantee

These are professional materials, not a promise of results. We can't guarantee you'll win a specific listing, and nothing here is legal, financial or brokerage advice. Verify that any numbers, disclosures or claims you add comply with the rules in your state or country.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
